Secret Places (6)
From the beginning, follow the hallway as usual and take a left when it opens up into the main room. Take another left into the corner. There will be a security screen hidden away here. When you walk up to it, you'll hear something opening. Turn around quickly and you'll spot a secret door opening in the wall.
This one is to the right of the switch that deactivates the forcefield. Press on the computers to open it.
After deactivating the forcefield, continue down the sloped hallway as usual. In the next room there is an "authorised personnel" sign. Jump into it to find a secret ventilation shaft.
After deactivating the column forcefield (the one that can be seen from the first and second floors), use a jetpack to fly up to the third "floor". The secret place is easily visible.
In the hallway with the red access switch, you can activate a "secret" elevator. If you ask me it's a bit too obvious.
This has got to be one of the most ridiculously difficult secrets to work out. On the second floor, jump onto the green crate (bottom of image) and then up to the indentation in the wall containing a jetpack. Using the jetpack, you can find another similar indentation containing an atomic health (top left side of image). When you step on the floor of this indentation, a secret door beside the elevator on the first floor is opened. The objective is to get from the touchplate sector on the second floor, to the secret door on the first floor as quickly as possible before it closes. Here's how: Touch the floor beneath the atomic health, leap down the flashing red central column, and rush to the recently opened door beside the transport elevator on the first floor.
Unofficial Secret Places
There is a hidden door beside the green crates where you find the blue access card.
You can open one of the monitors near the blue access switch.
Secret Messages
"U.S.S. Framerate": Found on the side of the docked spaceship (requires DNCLIP, DNKROZ, and a jetpack).
Secret Combinations
These combination switches will be available after you destroy the C9 canisters beside the vacant elevator shaft and hit the switch inside (the shaft is at the bottom of the ramp to the right, from the position shown in the image). The correct combination disables the flashing red central column's forcefield.
